About this session

Cold water swimming is a great form of therapy for both mind and body. From boosting the mood to enhancing resilience, the bennefits go far beyond the initial shock of the chill. Social connections are just as important mental physical health. We want to bring these two things together to build a network that helps support each other. The group has Monthly meet ups the last Saturday in the month with Barry.
