BYO Paddleboard
We offer a calm and scenic space for paddleboarders to enjoy our facilities throughout the year. You must bring all your own equipment, as we do not have any available to hire.
Each slot gives one person an hour on the water to enjoy paddling around our lakes on their own inflatable board or kayak. Launching is easy, with access either from our jetty or any point along our banks (which are shallow all the way around). We have no set direction or route, so explore your own path around the water. We are also welcoming to well-behaved dogs, so your furry friend can join you on your board or in the water!
Our facilities, such as the cafe, can also be enjoyed during or after your paddleboarding slot.
A few safety notes:
-Inflatable paddleboards or kayaks only - no hard shells for the safety of our swimmers.
-A life vest/belt is mandatory and must be worn at all times on the water.
-For any after-dark sessions a headtorch and board lights are required.
