Jo York
One of our co-founders - Jo manages the day-to-day of the business and is frequently found training for her next Triathlon in the lake!
Caroline Rickards
Caroline runs our fitness classes and works in our cafe. Always has a smile, even when working out in the rain!
Paula Lewis
Paula works in the cafe and takes care of the catering for most of our events. She also leads the Court Farm Crafters group.
Rek Barnaville
Rek is Nix's son and works in the cafe, especially during their breaks from art college studies!
Shyen
Shyen manages the sauna and is a sound healer , if you book a swim or sauna for a Sunday morning you can enjoy his voice across the water
Nix Barnaville
One of our co-founders - Nix leads our yoga and wellbeing offerings, and is a qualified sauna guide.
Nic Carter
Nic manages the cafe, and is just as comfortable wielding a coffee machine, label-maker or power tools!
Siân Jones
Siân works in the cafe, as well as leading our weekly Queer Waters group and bi-monthly Koselig Cabaret
Hannah York
Hannah is Jo's daughter and works in the cafe, an absolute lifesaver busting through the dirty dishes during busy periods!
