If you want to work up a sweat then our team member Caroline Rickards of CLR Fitness has you covered!

 

With over 20 year’s experience in the industry, Caroline offers a wide range of group sessions and 1-2-1 training for all your needs. These sessions are often held outside on the beautiful lakeside whatever the weather, but in particularly bad weather can be moved indoors to our covered Koselig Cabin space.

 

Exercise should be for everyone so all abilities and fitness levels be will welcome in these sessions!
