Winter Solstice sunrise sauna ritual

The Winter Solstice is the shortest day, but it’s also the moment the Sun begins to grow again. The light of a brand new year is being lit, deep within the darkness. We will gather in the sauna in the dark where Nix will facilitate an immersive Sauna ritual, using different aromas , poetry and song, we will then emerge in the light to dip or swim in the lake.

The dreams you are dreaming in winter are the sparks of new life that will grow in the year ahead. A new light is being lit within you right now, a new fire is beginning to burn. It brings with it new hope – anything is possible in the coming months. This is a time of pure potential.

After enjoying the cold and heat together we will head up to the cafe for a delicious breakfast feast together .
