Relax & Restore with Sound bath

Aerial yin yoga with sound bath , sauna , swim & Supper

We’ll begin with restorative aerial yoga accompanied by live sound, using the hammock to gently support the body as you open the heart, release tension, and experience the sweet feeling of being held. Slow, mindful movement and longer, supported shapes are paired with a continuous sound bath, allowing vibration and resonance to move through you as you float, rest, and receive. The combination of aerial support and sound invites deep nervous-system settling and a spacious, open-hearted sense of ease

If the weather is warm and dry we practice outside , if not we will be inside the Koselig cabin .

Following our practice we will enjoy a refreshing swim and sauna.
