About the event
Join us to celebrate the first moon of the year , this immersive sauna ritual symbolises shedding the past year's negativity and welcoming new energy. Nix will use music , poetry , aromatic infusions ,herbal scrubs, and evoke a state of presence and mindfulness to achieve renewal and set intentions for the year ahead.
The ritual is a focussed 30 minute sauna session, following this we will dip in the lake or swim , you are then welcolm to jump back into the sauna .
We will then re gather to enjoy a delicious meal together in the cafe.
