Love in the Air

Love in the Air is a nourishing, heart-opening experience designed to help you soften, float, and reconnect with the joy of simply being you.

We’ll begin with restorative aerial yoga accompanied by live sound, using the hammock to gently support the body as you open the heart, release tension, and experience the sweet feeling of being held. Slow, mindful movement and longer, supported shapes are paired with a continuous sound bath, allowing vibration and resonance to move through you as you float, rest, and receive. The combination of aerial support and sound invites deep nervous-system settling and a spacious, open-hearted sense of ease.

After practice, enjoy time to swim and sauna, letting warmth and water further soften the body and help integrate the experience. We’ll close by sharing a nourishing lunch, grounding the day in connection, presence, and simple pleasure.
