Emergence- Spring Equinox day retreat

The Spring Equinox marks the moment of balance between light & dark and this day is designed to feel like a gentle turning point — a moment to exhale winter and welcome the subtle lift of spring.

Nix & Lucy are excited to offer this space for you to  gather; nourishing your whole self through movement, sound and stillness. 

Your retreat day begins with warming tea as we come together at the Koselig Cabin.

Nix will then lead you in somatic aerial yoga woven with embodied sound. A lighthearted session awakening the senses, shaking off stagnation and inviting new energy to rise. No prior experience is required, we’ll all be swinging freely before too long!

After a delicious, heart-warming communal lunch of Wild Garlic Risotto, the afternoon gently integrates what has been stirred, allowing space for stillness, reflection, and a sense of coming home to yourself.
