Calm before Christmas

This gathering is a chance to pause and take a breath amid preparations for the festive season.

Join us to cultivate a sense of inner peace and prepare for the joyous yet hectic days ahead.

We will enjoy an hour long restorative aerial yoga class with a soundbath by Shyen.

Following this we will head down to the sauna , enjoy the benefits of the heat of the sauna and the cold of the lake.

We will finish out gathering with a delicious breakfast of pancakes with either bacon or banana and berries & Maple syrup.
