Beltane retreat day

Beltane marks the threshold into summer — a time of fertility, creativity, and embodied joy. It’s about connection and reaching out in to the world. This day retreat is an invitation to gather in that energy, to move, sweat, and celebrate the warmth returning to the body and the land.

We begin with a welcome tea before heading down to the lake for a dynamic aerial yoga practice

Nix will lead a practice to awaken strength, confidence, and playful freedom. Supported by the hammock we explore expansive movement, rhythmic flow and moments of weightlessness in order to stoke our inner fire and invite a sense of vitality and possibility. No experience is necessary for this, guidance will be given throughout.

After movement, we nourish and refuel with a delicious, seasonal lunch, offering space to relax, connect, and savour the pleasures of shared food.
