Root & Rest is a slow, nourishing yoga practice designed to help you arrive fully in your body and gently unwind. The class weaves together soft somatic movement and yin yoga, offering time to move with awareness, release tension, and settle your nervous system.
Movements are accessible and unhurried, with plenty of space to listen to your body and rest when you need.
After the practice, you’re warmly invited to stay for a hot drink and a relaxed chat. This shared time is an important part of the experience — a chance to linger, connect, and enjoy the simple comfort of warmth and conversation.
