Service Description
Whether you are gathering to celebrate a birthday , a hen do or just catching up with friends , Court Farm lakes is the perfect place . We offer 2 hours to enjoy the lakes and have refreshments. The price is for up to 10 guests , you can add more guests & create a bespoke experience adding yoga classes or refreshments when booking. We also work with external partners Suvi Sauna and Paddleboarding adventures please email us to enquire about adding a sauna or SUP yoga to your gathering. Please note as we have an onsite cafe we do not allow groups to bring their own refreshments apart from water or a birthday cake.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Court Farm lakes I acknowledge that open water swimming , in particular Cold water immersion carries inherent risks, including but not limited to Drowning , Cold shock · Cold incapacitation · Cramp · Asthma · Cold water urticaria.Participants MUST have completed a cold water induction course, have at least 2 years cold water immersion experience or be participating in a guided session to enter the water when the temperature drops below 10 degrees .I agree that I am voluntarily participating at my own risk I am solely responsible for assessing my own health and ability to participate. I have consulted a medical professional if I have any health concerns before booking .We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you may suffer where the same is attributable to: 1. Your own fault 2. A third party unconnected with our provision of services under this agreement; or 3. Events which neither we nor our suppliers could have reasonably foreseen or forestalled after taking all reasonable measures. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence of for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. We expect our guests to behave in a considerate manner and will not accept any inappropriate behaviour towards other members or our colleagues.We reserve the right to refuse admission for members behaving in such a manner. Court Farm Lakes reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change any booking or event at any time prior to its commencement and to refuse admission to the event or centre, or to reject an application of membership and to withdraw membership. We can add to, change, withdraw or cancel facilities or activities from the centre without notice. This includes closing the centre or making changes to opening hours for safety reasons, maintenance, or special events. There is no entitlement to a refund where Court Farm Lakes is forced to cancel part or all of a membership due to reasons beyond our reasonable control. Cancellation by you - refunds are given if cancelled within 2 weeks of your booking , transfers are offered up to 7 days before your booking.
