Woman suffer hormonal changes, work and family life pressures and huge to do lists so come along to our safe place and have an hour to decompress Cold Water swimming but fear the unknown had huge positive impacts on our mind and bodies! Come and have a coffee, connect with the environment around you, and connect with others!!! Sam Williams will be your host , Sam is the founder of Voyage to You and a passionate advocate for women’s health. She was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) at the age of 35, and felt incredibly isolated and disconnected - as though no one else her age was facing menopausal symptoms. Struggling to find information that resonated with her experience and not identifying with the common stereotypes of menopause, Sam faced intense fatigue and uncertainty about how to manage her wellbeing long-term. This experience inspired her to pursue a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and become a certified Menopause Coach. What began as a personal quest to understand and support her own health evolved into a mission to empower other women through education and connection. Today, Sam is a health coach specialising in supporting women experiencing menopause and POI, with a particular focus on how nutrition can help manage symptoms. She works both in person and online, facilitating women’s circles, group workshops, and 1-to-1 coaching sessions - helping women feel informed, supported, and never alone on their journey.
