Service Description

Enjoy the lake to swim/dip and warm in sauna We recommend no longer then 15 minute in the sauna at one time so you can dip and cool off and go back in Requirements A small towel to sit on whilst in the sauna and a tow float for when you are in the water If you do not bring a towel this will need to be hired (£2 per person) we also have tow floats for hire for a charitable donation No shoes are permitted inside the sauna this include swim shoes/socks. They must be removed before entering the sauna You must not use the sauna if you: - suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder - suffer from epilepsy or diabetes - are pregnant - are prone to dizziness or fainting
