May half day

You’ll start by swinging in beautiful silk hammocks alongside the lake with an extended aerial yoga session. In Nix’s safe hands, she’ll guide you in to different shapes, inviting a sense of playfulness and keenness to give things a go! A fun and liberating start to the afternoon, a fair match to the energy of the season. 

You’ll then move to the wood-fired sauna for a 90min guided session where Lucy will support you in to a deeply restful state. Using music - always an integral part of these rituals - mediation, breath work and leaf whisking, this is a wonderful way to connect with yourself, nature and the group. And of course the lake is ever present should you want to dip, swim or float around it.
